My Xbox One S 512GBHDD had issues, CSC done a good job replacing it with a 1TB SSD... and they even threw in a key-tag.

Pure professionalism from start to finish, how a service company should be run! Maybe a few too many emails and Whatsapps along the way but still amazing.
