Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately we don’t repair controllers or accessories, the costs are too expensive and we cannot give any warranty on controller repairs.

Repairs take between 1 hour to 5 working days, it will also depend on what type of repair it is and how busy we are.

When you booking a collection or you sending your repairs to us with your own courier.

Please make sure your console is securely packaged in a box with bubble wrap or with some scrunched up newspaper so the console is protect inside the box even if it moves around.

It does not need to be in the original box it came in.

The courier only collects during weekdays, they do not do collections on weekends and public holidays.

We cannot give you a time that the courier will collect your parcel. It will be anytime between 9am and 4pm.

Please make sure there is someone at the address during these times.

#TIP – Rather give your work address if someone isn’t home during these times.

When you get the email with the cost of the repair there will be a link to book a collection from you.

Once you filled in the collection and delivery form we will take a look at your address and get a quote from the courier for the collection and delivery.

These are the estimate costs:

Gauteng Between R80 to R200

Other Major Cities R170 to R250

Outlying Area R250 to R380

If you come to us directly, you can pay buy cash, card or Eft.

If we collecting from you, we will send you an invoice with our banking details so you can make an Eft.

If you doing an Eft please allow 1 to 2 working days to clear on our side.

Once you have submitted the collection form we will get a quote from the courier company as to how much the collection and delivery back to you again will cost.

Once we have the costs we will send you an invoice for the collection and delivery back to you only.

You will only get a invoice for the repair once we have physically inspected and assessed the console.
