Our Gaming Repair And Book In Process
To get your gaming console us, we have 4 different options.

ToysRus Or Reggies: Book you gaming repair in at any of the ToysRus or Reggies branches and give us a call or emails us to let us know where and when, then we will arrange for collection at the branch.

Directly To Us: If you are in the area or can drive out to us, please bring you repairs directly to us in the Boksburg area. Our address can be found by clicking here

Collect From You: We can arrange a collection directly from you via our courier company. With this option, please make sure the repair is packaged properly in a proper box with some newspaper or bubble wrap, this way when your repairs arrive it is not damaged in any way. fill in the collection request form by clicking here.

Post Net: This might be the best option for you if you are further away from us. No matter where you are, there is usually a Post Net in your town. They have packaging at their stores and they best part is you will only Pay R99.00 to send it to our Post Net branch.

Simply go to you closest Post Net branch and package your repair there and send it off to our Post Net (Post Net East Rand Square – Boksburg) We will be notified when the repair is at our branch and ready for the collection. Once repaired and paid we will send it back to your Post Net branch again, all you do is simply go and collect it again.

Please note there will be a collection and delivery fee charged if you don't go ahead with the repair, or if the console cannot be repaired.

Repairs take 3 to 7 days, if there are parts that need to be ordered the repairs can take longer than 4 weeks.

All repairs come with a 3 month warranty.

We don't repair any accessories, controllers or cables. We do have good second-hand items or sometimes even new items we could help with.

If we collect directly from you, you will need to make sure the console is packaged properly so it cannot get damaged in any way.
